Our new websites help tell the full story of who we are: a social enterprise building greener communities while creating real career pathways for people facing barriers to employment.

Through SLA Inc. DBA Sustainable Labor Alliance, we focus on workforce development, school greening, urban forestry, environmental education, and community-based training. Our goal is to create paid training opportunities that lead to long-term careers in the green industry.

Through SLA, we provide professional landscape architecture, construction, irrigation, public works, and landscape maintenance services for cities, school districts, and public agencies.

Together, both business lines support one larger vision: using high-quality work to create opportunity, strengthen communities, and improve the environment.
